As we grew up in Hong Kong, a culturally diverse city, "Overlay" is designed to bridge cultures through drinks and food that celebrate the harmony of East and West. Inspired by the flavors we grew up with, we used our bold imaginations to blend these tastes and introduce them to the Western world. Overlay is a space where people can gather, connect, and experience the power of cultural fusion.

Siu Mai is one of Hong Kong's iconic street foods. We want to bring a slice of Hong Kong's flavor to Chicago.
